Our Labor Day Getaway to Kaua'i!!!

September 3-5, 2011
Island of Kaua'i, Hawaii
We made a very last minute trip to Kaua'i over the Labor Day weekend. It was so fun to run away and vacation. Sadly here at home on Oahu we have already gotten caught up in "life" we have soccer practice/game 5 days a week (3 kiddos), Kaitlyn's riding 2 days a week, ukulele lessons for the girls, school, homework and so on...so busy we forget to be tourists right here at home. Our two days on Kaua'i were lovely...we woke early morning. 3:30 am to make our 5:30am flight to get there. Larry and kids went ziplining in Princeville. Wake up at 5:00 am to make our 6:30am boat tour of the Napali Coastline...17 gorgeous miles of coast, waterfalls and sea caves only accessible by air or boat. Next day sadly was our day to return home and we had to wake at 5am to catch our 7am flight home. The flight was 25 minutes and landed us right onto our couch/beds by 8am!

Enjoy the pictures....more to come as we used three different cameras and have some nice pictures taken by the almost pro photographer dude on our boat tour.

Doesn't he look great, no more glasses...he's been in contacts for 2 weeks now!!!

Snorkeling....

Map of Kaua'i
We stayed at a condo in Kapa'a just north of the airport, kids and Larry ziplined in Princeville (up north) and our boat tour dock is down south west (Waimea)...we drove and boated around the entire island.

Random pics of sea caves and pretty views from our 4hr boat tour.
